Terms and Conditions Policy

THANK YOU, for choosing Ree-Ree's Hair on Wheels to come out and be your stylist. In order for things to work smoothly and in a timely manner, it would be greatly appreciated if you take time to read over the Terms & Conditions outlined below.  Please have it read before scheduled appointment.  If you have any questions please feel free to ask or call (757) 753-5749.

DEPOSIT

All appointments require a non-refundable & non-transferable deposit of $25 to secure your scheduled appointment time. 

PAYMENT

Payments can be made in the form of: 


  • CASH

  • DEBIT/CREDIT CARD (3% fee added)

  • ZELLE

  • CASHAPP

Each appointment is to be paid in full at the end of service. Please insure that you have sufficient funds to pay before stylists start the service you desire. 

APPOINTMENT CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS

Notice within 24 hrs -  no charge

Notice less than 24 hrs -  $15 surcharge


There will be a 15 minute allotted time if Client isn't home yet for the scheduled appointment.  If 'No-Show' within the time-frame, stylist will leave. Client will have to reschedule a new appointment with a $25 deposit and the $15 surcharge will be applied to service.

THE CLIENTS HOME

The Client ensures that the following procedures are maintained:

  • Parking -  It is the Clients responsibility to make sure parking will be available for stylist upon arrival.

  • Smoking or the use of ILLEGAL DRUGS is prohibited while the stylist is present.  However, smoking breaks will be allowed on request and to be taken in a separate room away from the designated work area. 

  • Maintain a safe work environment for the stylist to perform the duties required. This is to prevent accidents.  Please ensure that work area is clean, tidy, well-lit, and free from cables/wires, toys, breakables, etc.  

  • Pets -  Cats & Dogs are to be kept out of the designated work area.

  • No HEAD LICE -  as it is vital to always check for head lice before your appointment as this will save time. The stylist will have to refuse to do service and there will be a cancellation fee if head lice are found. 

  • Gated Community -  If you live in a gated community please ensure that stylist can get through gates in a timely manner.

  • Ensure that there are no young children and pets to distract both parties while having hair services done. 

CANCELLATION OF SERVICES WITH YOUR STYLIST

The stylist may be requested to leave by the Client at anytime, however, a 50% service charge of the service booked will be applied if the stylist has worked on the Clients hair for more that 30 minutes.

STYLIST IN YOUR HOME

Ree-Ree's Hair on Wheels insures the following procedures:

  • Licensed mobile hairstylist with liability coverage

  • Clean tools/implements and equipment is maintained to highest industry standards and specifications

  • Professional behavior & appearance; non-smoker

  • At all times, Ree-Ree's Hair on Wheels provides Client confidentiality, quality time in Clients home and will maintain the highest standard in the hairdressing services provided. 

CANCELLATION OF SERVICES BY THE STYLIST

Ree-Ree's Hair on Wheels will decline future services to Clients who

  • Changes their minds -  on the day of arrival while stylist is at your front door

  • Have forgotten -  two appointments or more

  • Should the stylist feel uncomfortable in the Client's home environment, the stylist will leave the premises immediately and not return

  • The stylist is not obligated to finish a service that has been requested under the following conditions:  head lice; threatening or rude behavior; sexual harrassment; using illegal substances, under the influence or drunk. This is for the stylist own safety. It's imperative that your household is free of a negative atmosphere while the stylist is in your home.
